有机化学是一门理论性和实践性并重的学科,有机化学实验是有机化学学科的重要组成部分。本课程为化学、药学、材料科学及其相关专业的本科生的必修课程。教学中安排的实验分为基础性实验和综合性实验,除有机化学中非常典型的实验,如常压蒸馏、减压蒸馏、抽滤、重结晶、分液、柱层析法等基本实验操作外,还安排了将几个实验技术联合运用的综合性实验。每位学生独立操作,利用薄层层析技术跟踪反应,分离纯化目标化合物。在对学生进行实验安全教育的同时,将绿色化学和原子经济性等思想贯穿在整个实验过程。
Organic Chemistry is a subject involving both theory and practice. As an important part of organic chemistry, organic chemistry experiment is one of required elementary courses for the undergraduate students whose specialty is chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmacy, material chemistry and relatives. All the scheduled experiments are divided to two types:basic and comprehensive experiments. Basic experiment includes simple distillation, vacuum distillation, suction, recrystallization and extraction, as well as comprehensive experiments involving various practical skills. Every student needs to do his/her experiments independently. The organic reactions are monitored by TLC and then purity of products by chromatography. Students should know safety notices in organic chemistry lab. Meanwhile, the concepts about green chemistry and atomic economy are impenetrate in the whole laboratory operations.
